Strike king with Chart blade, chart/white/red skirt and a tinsle teaser trailor hook, got me third place in KBFN State CHamp last fall. It is gaudy but it produces.

If I had to choose one it would be the one's I have made for the last 20 years. They feature a custom poured and painted head, hand tied skirt, big ultra sharp hook, (I am using 6/0 long shanks as of late and I LIKE"EM) and I finish it off with a custom wire and a (BIG) OFFSET BLADE!!!!! I would like to have a dollar for everytime I have heard the BIG FLUSH on account of these guys. BUZZERS GET IN YOUR BLOOD AND STAY THERE FOR LIFE!!!!!!!

I guess I'm old school too. I still have several unopened lunker lures w/ black/yellow skirts. I've caught a ton of bass on them, but I doubt a bass really gives a rat's a$$ which buzzer you use.
