I firmly believe that "global warming" is definitely occurring, the melting icecaps and other evidence prove that. What's open for debate is how much of a role man plays, and on that, I think the jury's still out. I personally think there's little or nothing we can do to stop it, so we should probably be focusing more on adapting to a more arid climate than on preventing the inevitable. Weather is cyclical, and it's my layman's opinion that we're heading into a warm cycle, and things are going to get warmer before they get cooler.
