I heard the DOT caught the live bait delivery truck crossing the bridge a few months ago. The driver of the small box truck had to pay fines of nearly $3000 and lost his commercial drivers licence.
FYI:
The Kennedy Bridge over Herrington was built around 1924 at the time the Dix dam was built. I have seen pictures of bridge being built. My fishfinder shows the depth of the water under the bridge near the Mercer Co. side around 185 ft. deep.
