It sounds like you have the summer blahs... ALL carb motors loose rpms/ speed during warm or more importantly humid conditions. Wait until cool days are here and if the problem doesn't fix itself it could be the carbs are a little lean.... good luck.... it also could be as simple as the throttle linkage not opening up all the way
