You'all will do EKU and the state of KY pruod! Fish to your strengths, and don't get overwhelmed.
The oyher guys can help you with the nerves as they've been there. Glad you'all got to take three boats and if you need anything just let the guys at THE CAIN POLE know.

    GOOD LUCK EKU!!!!

    Hey Ryan,

One thing that would be a curveball to me, if I were able to go down there, without knowing, is that Lewisville doesn't have huge weights come from it. When we think of Texas, we automatically think of HUGE largemouth bass and all of the particulars that go with it. I watched the event from last year and there weren't huge weights brought to the scales.
Just remember the basics from this time of the year: Search with a crankbait or spinnerbait, then slow it down once you've found some active fish, unless you can get away with throwing the crankbait all day long. There's a hundred different techniques that will be used down there, just try to find the one that is in-line with what you consider your strong suit. Good luck!

Just follow RC5 around, he stays with the fish so much he has grown a couple fins. I know you are around him alot but pick his brain every chance you get while you are down there. He will have them figured out.
