Great call this morning

7:00am getting ready to walk out the door to work, phone rings, its our personal director saying dont bother coming in, no power. I actually did a little dance and ran back to bed. Been a long time since i got a day off because of weather, felt like i was 15 again. No disrespect to those whose homes were damaged because of the weather, my inlaws lost the back of their home, and a truck, so i will probaly be helping them soon.

At least you didnt drive 35 minutes to get to work and find out youre on a four hour delay...I could have used that extra sleep too!

WishinIwasfishin - I didn't fare as lucky as you...when I got here at 6:30 am this morning every light in the house was on...it seems that things here at work are always perfect, it's not until I get home that everything goes to crap in a hurry.

Another sunny day at work for me....still no power at the house as of 8:00 Tuesday morning.

I am back also, they ran extension cords to my computer from the generator, so i am working in the dark, but working. Was going to hit the lake this morning if i didnt have to work, but they called around 3:00 and told me to come in.
