LOL! You have got the game down pretty good! But I was wondering what Alabama has to do with anything? I know they won yesterday and I even have a friend (just one) that says "Go Bama" when I say "Go Gators"!

Looks like you can pick and choose through any statements, stats or quotes until you find what you need. Actually, many of those are not so cut and dry - and many of those are not Obama's stances on those particular issues. Although some are true, many are not.

By this point in the election or political carreers Obama and McCain have changed their stance on many of these issues as well as many other's, so if we were to pick and choose through past statements, either of the candidates could be shown in a negative way.

The worst thing I have seen is this post is DJD - a conservative gator fan - you have lost any respect I had for you. LOL!!! I can at least tolerate the conservative Cat Fans - they aren't all bad!

LOL! Yeah the Gators talk in this area get the blood pumping! My Dad always liked UGA (gotta love the mascot UGA) so I follow them as well. Nothing against KY but on my list of favorites they are third.

JD, having been born and spending my first 18 years in Alabama, I'm a Tide fan too. Since I haven't lived there for 30 years I pull for Auburn too, but it's great to see AL contending again after all these years.

Have to confess a little concern about them dang dawgs, that's a tough football team. There'll be some sore folks after this one on both sides.

We whipped Arkansas like they stole something, and I hope we beat Georgia like a tied up goat.

The likes of UK,MS,UT,LSU, and AU are all waiting in the wings. Man, what a schedule!

Hey, don't say anything too loud. I'm pretty sure there's a stank Gators fan lurking around this board.

I was born in Birmingham. Lived in Fultondale, Warrior, and south of Birmingham in Inverness. These KY folk don't know football till they go to an Alabama game!

Schedule is tough, with the good teams on the road, but I think if they play as well as they are capable of (consistency has been a problem in the past too) they should have a good shot at the SEC championship game. The next couple of seasons is going to be exciting for sure!

Born in Langdale (Valley, AL) and raised in Roanoke, a little town about 50 miles north of Auburn. Square in the middle of nowhere.

Alabama and Auburn football is a religion back home, Iron Bowl weekend is statewide craziness. Got 2 sisters who live in Auburn, and of course pull for AU, and my 2 brothers pull for AL. Mama referees the rasslin matches. Been getting phone calls from the girls razzing me about the Iron Bowl for the last 6 years, the Tide needs one bad.

The other day on Barren, a guy wearing an AU shirt got in the water to his ankles taking out his boat. I hollered over and told him if he'd been wearing crimson, he wouldn't a got his sneakers wet. The guy just held up 6 fingers as he climbed into his truck. That hurt.

Haha, something similiar happened to me the other day at work. I work in the riverside Humana building and on Friday I saw a fellar wearing the ugliest shirt Id ever seen. I then proceeded to mumble under my breath "Man that is one ugly shirt." as he walked by. Sadly he turned around and gave me six. This year WILL end it though!

Funny enough I never attended Alabama or even applied to the school but I almost went to Auburn for fisheries managment!!!
