Hey Don, I'd love to meet you, but I've got a club tournament at Barren Saturday till the afternoon. After that my seriously yuppie sister-in-law will be here from Ohio. I've already been told by the wife that I would be mutilated then killed unless I made a special effort to be nice. If you don't hear from me anymore you'll know what happened, call and have them drag Barren for my carcass.

Next time you get my way holler again, be great to hang out a bit, maybe swap a few lies. I only live 2 or 3 miles from Gander Mountain, (take your pick whether it was a curse or a blessing that they put it there) and if you have time you can come over and help me get rid of a couple of barley pops.

    Jim,
No problem I'll let you know the next time I head that way we should be back down for a Mammoth cave visit before the year is out. I'm bringing plastic so I have a feeling Gander Mountain will be gettin' some of my money plus isn't there a Harley shop there as well? Oh son. I'm in trouble!
    Good Luck at the tourny.

There is a huge difference in guns as well as ammo designed to hunt and those designed to kill or wound as many people as possible in the shortest ammount of time possible. Why don't any of you fight for your right to keep chemical weaponry as well, they were designed with the same idea of mass killings as were fully automatic assault rifles.

No one has mentioned ammunition either. Do any of you really hunt with armor peircing rounds? Some ammunition was designed not to kill, but rather severely wound. In times of war, you loose one man with a death, but if someone is severely wounded - they are out of commission as well as the two other people that need to assist them to safety. I guess you guys this should be just as available as the weapons in question.

I just don't understand how the right to bear arms have been taken to such an extreme that common sense has been left behind.

Interesting that places where gun control laws are the strongest have the worst crime rates. Liberals call for change, yet keeping asking for more of the same.

I believe in the 2nd amendment as it was written, and don't even own a single gun. I've gotta borrow a shotgun from a buddy to rid the estate of a Peppy Lepew who's decided he lives with us.

I do own a Tippman 98 Custom paintball gun. I've found hunting humans to be way more fun than other critters. My sons have joined us in the woods a few times, and there's something deeply gratifying about shooting at your kids.

Looks like Col Forbin nailed it with his first post.

I'm still here reading every day for giggles.

DH - we have had major skunk problems as well. On second though, maybe fully automatics should be legal, but only for the extermination of skunks.
