Nolin, Rough ??

Taking my son fishing this weekend haven't been on either lake in over a month. Has anyone been fishing either lake and have any suggestions?? Would like to take him to the better of the two if there is one!!! Last few times out on either was not very productive, but that was in the summer heat. I know the fall bite isn't here yet but maybe it's getting better. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Both Lakes a little slow you can hammer little Bass on 1/8 oz Buzz Baits and small crank baits on Both Lakes early in the morning. Panfish been seeing alot of them on top around flooded timber. Popeye with wax worms and crickets havebeen working on them. Crappie have dont fished for them so I can not tell you any thing about them. Fished Nolin more myself.So hope this helps you out.

Last weekend smaller bass (>14") wer practically jumping in the boat... pretty much go down any rocky bank with some cover on it and throw a shad rap and you could catch fish all day
