Kentucky man arrested for 1,000 time

I knew him pretty well when I lived in Lex. I had house downtown, with a hammock in the back yard, that he slept on several nights a week. We always called him James Brown, because he wore 70's style leisure suits all the time. I am pretty sure he stole my N64 when I was in college, although he denied it.
