barren this weekend

Gonna take a buddy of mine out this weekend, wondering if anyone has an idea on where to go, or what to chuck at 'em? I havent fished in there in a while

We fished there Sunday and practically had the lower part of the lake to ourself, so maybe the better bite is up the river/creeks. We Caught over 20 between us, but only a few would have been keepers. Did catch five smallies which was a surprise. Mostly fished around some of the old weedlines in the morning and went deeper when the sun got up. I wish I had upsized my line for fishing the weedlines.

water temps running between 78 - 76 depending where you are.
