3M Marine Fiberglass Restorer and Wax. I think I even bought it at Wal Mart. Says it's to be used on heavily oxidized surfaces. I used it on my 88 Stratos with a buffer. (The Stratos always sat outside but was covered) Not a high speed buffer either. Just what I owned. Anyway it works great. The top surface gel coat had turned a milky color. Does the stuff last. Maybe a few months at best but it was just milky colored on top surfaces so was an EZ job. BTW, while waxing it in the garage, a contractor we had mentioned something about a friend looking for a boat. I had the boat 11 years, pd 9K when I bought it and sold it for 4500. Also had a white 175hp Johnson that had a faded yellowing lower unit from water line down. I used Install Hull Cleaner and it looked like new.

Yesterday I put the 1997 wave runner up for the season and used the 3M liquid stuff again on the buffer to clean up the top surfaces that had become faded. Same great results. Then I used to Instant Hull Cleaner on the jet exhaust area. It again looks new. And my neighbor came over to tell me "Hey, you can get that hull cleaner stuff at the Dollar Store at a fraction of the cost". It's called Good Works or something like that. Okay next year. Geesh!!!!
