So I immediately stopped and checked things out, everyhting appeared to be fine at first glance. It seems that everything is not fine however lol. After trying to resume my way back to the dock, no matter how much gas i gave the boat, the prop would just free spin. It seems that I have stripped a bushing or something like that (if it was a trolling motor, i'd say that i broke the sheer pin). I got back home, switched the prop, and all is well. I'd like to get the first one repaired if possible.
Two questions for you guys :
One, Where might I get the prop repaired
and Two -- a ballpark guesstimate on the cost of the repair ?
I apoogize for not listing the prop manufacturer and type and all that, but I am at work and don't have it with me.
Thanks In Advance for replies. :-)
