Want to get rich, then you should be investing in auto parts. So far today I have replaced an EGR valve, EGR pressure sensor, new plugs, plug wires, pcv valve, air filter and as soon as I get off here I am off to replace the coil pack, which I later found was the problem that started all of this in the first place.
It is okay though, I still love my $200 truck with 238,000+ miles on it. All that being said, if any of you happen to be a Ford engineer who made some of this so difficult, it would be a good idea to stay out of Shepherdsville today LOL!
I know what you mean. We're selling our faithful old "Ugly Betty" this Thursday, she's become an expensive 'call girl'; call here for this part and call somewhere else for that part.
Bought her (1988 Mercury Cougar) brand new right off the showroom floor for $16,339. Selling her Thursday for $400. I wouldn't be surprised to find my better-half handcuffed to the steering wheel to keep the old girl from leaving.
