    i have never cleaned my handles clean everything else butt the handle maybe i should give it a try one day mr. clean pads are a great idea.

    I use Mr clean Magic Eraser also. Works like a charm. Once a year I put filler on mine also to fill in the pits. It's just more comfortable without all of the pits to me. I use Elmer's carpenter's wood filler in Golden Oak. That's what I use on the rods that I build and it's the same thing that the rodbuilding website's sell as cork filler.

    Don't clean them. I just take a damp cloth and wipe them off. I kind of like the "nateral" odor. Maybe one day I will clean them.
