anybody been to Rough

I want to fish Rough on Sun with my son,anyone been there lately. Thanks

I was there Monday. A gazillion minnows but we got no bites with cranks, spinners, and "minnow" stick baits.

But it was a beautiful sunny day to be out with nature and ride around in the boat. Water is up at what I suppose is summer pool.

I fished it both sat &sun caught alot of slot fish off 1 spot and a ton of short 1s everywhere i went.If you can find them they bite everything you toss at them.

I was there this past weekend and had about 8.5 pounds on Saturday before the front blew through. I caught them on a Horny Toad next to boat docks with the biggest being 3.96 pounds. I caught about 20 bass total. Didn't catch anything on Sunday.
