    I actually put in with my CANOE a Yellow Kevlar Boundary Waters below the interpretive center........

    Caught a couple sauger on chartruese jig with minnow, and had something SPOOL ME..........**** that was FUN.

    Hey any day yopu want jay,,,Hey Mike you want to go along? My boat can fish 3 I was down there last night,,didn`t catch a thing,,,but did have a few hits on live 4 in thread fins,,,But if we could get some water flowing,,,it be alot better,,,,i didn`t have time to hunt for fish last night....hey you all just let me know

    Its crtical you get some cooler water which is starting to happen now along with higher water. The white wateer created by the bear claws (when we have normal water) creates the best sauger and striper fishing. Use blades baits in the white water with a high speed reel. Try it when the current is rolling.

    I was there again tonight (Monday October 27th). Fishing from the bank RIGHT at the dam. Saw a few whites and sauger caught. They are not up yet. Getting close, but not quite yet.
