That is still not true. Yes there is a board of trustees that is responsible for managing annuities, as well as responsible for proposing any changes. All changes must go through the state legilslation-not typical of your private/investment retirement, that is because it is not a privatized retirement system. The state government, in accordance with federal regulation manage my retirement.
I have choice through my 401K and 457B as to how much I put in, and how those funds are diversified. I have no say in my state retirement.
I still deny direct name calling or insulting. I did find one of your posts horribly offensive and racist, and my views on that have not changed.
