Today I had very bright mixed hispanic/black co-worker who I had considered a respectable person until now, ask me; "Why are you voting for McCain? Youre not white!"

I immediately went like this =>

Not that it matters, but Ive always considered my self white and so does just about everyone else I know. I am 1/4th japanese as my Grandfather couldnt keep it in his pants during WWII, but my grandmother died when my mom was just a child. Me and my mom were both raised in Alabama, lol FAR from Japan. Anyhow I went off on a tangent there, but my point is, this is the kind of person voting for Obama. What is wrong with this country?!



Oh and I found out its AGAINST work policy to have political literature out. Guess what, my sup has Obamas face plastered up everywhere and so does her boss. I'm of slavish descent but since 1996 I've been afro american. That's when I needed to get promoted and needed to use affirmative action to work for me. Since then I have been Afro american. I got married again 2 years ago and the clerk at the court house asked me my race. I told her Afro american and she comn' now. I said that's it, don't insult me again. She did the paperwork without a word.

Well I'm Irish-German-Cherokee Indian but normally put down white when asked...But now due to all the special advantages all the minorities receive when applying for school's and other such applications. Where your actual race is used as a preference...I've decided to go that route and see just how that system works.....

I've already told both my sons to put down Irish-German-Cherokee Indian as their race from now on. Was told by the School Administration that no matter what the grades are for Minorities, they have to automatically accept so many into the schools to equal out the school population. So I guess you all know where I'm going with my new race selection. I (kids as well) just have to select the block marked "Other" when annotating my race. Even though both my sons are straight A's & B's in school. Enough ranting this morning....
