I've never launched from Middle Creek but went out to see it last week. Lots of rebar sticking up which could catch some people when the level is up and the bars are under water.

But have no fear, after the election, all our problems will be solved!!

Tax my boat. Tax my trailer. Charge me a lake fee. But nooooooo, don't ever upkeep a ramp.

All of us "rich" boat owners should pay a $50.00/day launch permit at EACH ramp we use that day. That should solve the problem of over crowding in the rivers and lakes.
Middle Creeek is alright after you get used to it. it looks big enough to launch three or possibly four boats at a time but beleive me you can only go one at a time. the rebarb sticking up could be a nightmare if you didnt know it was there. go down there when the water is low and check it out and you will see where it is safe to back down at. i have seen boats of all sizes launch there. jon boats to 20ft pontoons.
i would be more than happy to pay a launch fee if the money actually went to upkeep the ramp and maybe some restroom facilities
