    Green or Cedar Creek?

A buddy and myself are planning a fishing trip this week. Just wondering if anybody has fished Green River Lake or Cedar Creek. Dont need spots or anything like that just if they are biting or not. Any info would really be appreciated. Thanks.

I hate to tell you this but Cumberland is dead to. 184 boats and the winning weight was just over 10lbs. 75% of the field never weighed a fish, now that is bad. Been the slowest fall down there I've seen in a long long time. Barren and Ky lake and Barkley seem to be the only semi hot spots right now.

I guess it depends on what you are fishing for on the big C. I have a report of over 50 Stripers with several doubles up to 20# from this past Sunday.

I was referring to the bass bite Dave, I know them ole stripers are getting keyed up. I caught a few myself the other day.... On top, mostly shorts but still fun.

Green is tough. Caught 5. around 10 lbs. Sat. All on pig and jig (real pork). All were on isolated wood on bluffs. Had to work hard for em too. No early bites.
