I had a tournament there Sunday, and the bite is excellent, caught around 20 bass all nice and fat, and healthy. Only caught 3 keepers, but it was a blast best day I had in a long time.

I fished the USA Bassin tournament, caught all our fish on main lake pockets, if there was a pocket with sun on it, there were fish on it, it was funny, we would pull up, and make a cast and a fish would nail it, we just couldnt get on the right size fish, weighed in 3 fish for around 6 pounds. Every fish we caught were on shallow running crankbaits, shad colored with a chartreuse back. If we were catching keeper fish, we would have loaded the livewell, sucked we only weighed in 3 but the other fish were all between 12-14 inches long, they were all fat, and healthy, just couldnt stretch them long enough.
