How about we compare the average price of gas over the next four years as opposed to the last four years, just to get a true measure. I would say it will end up being pretty similar - I don't see the price of gas staying under $2 for very long, and I don't think the greatest president in the world can make that happen.

I just think too many people are discounting him, before he has made one presidential decision. I can't say he will do a great job, neither can anyone else. Just the same, I can't say he will be awful either. I think his largest test as president will be to try to decrease the political divide that the last eight years, as well as this election has caused.

I say an increased divide was caused by the election because it was a sham(JMO)...the nation has always had political differences and will never see eye to eye so yes he has a GREAT problem there.

Actually, America was founded based on the freedom to practice religion as each person saw fit, not just as Christian religion taught. Those Christian laws that you talk about were based on Hammurabi’s Code, something older than the bible. Go back far enough and you'll find that Islam, Judaism, and Christianity were all part of the same religion. Pretty much split just like we have Catholic, Southern Baptist, Lutheran, etc. versions of Christianity today. How do we define what Christian Fundamentals are? I mean some sects of Christianity believe in handling snakes, some see all alcohol as a sin, others are ok with alcohol, etc. A wide variety of beliefs there. That is why the founding fathers did not want a state sponsored religion. So no, I do not believe that a politician's religious beliefs should matter.

I just hope he is not as bad as I think he will be. If he is, I will just quit my job, buy a trailer by Kentucky lake, and be a welfare baby, hell I might find me a hot muslim and knock her up about 6 times, so I could get enough money to put me a new Mercury on the back of the ranger.

Yes I do realize that, but never thought the economy would be this bad, and I know Obama had nothing to do with it, just hoping he does not make it worse, if he does I may change my way of thinking.
