    Bill of NO RIGHTS

The following was written by State Representative Mitchell Kaye from
    Georgia.

"We, the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help
everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid any more riots,
keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of
debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren,
hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense
guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt-ridden, deluded, and other
liberal Bed-wetters. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a whole
lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim that they
require a Bill of No Rights.

ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV or any
other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but
    no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is
based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone - not just you! You
may leave the room, change the channel, express a different opinion, etc.,
but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a
screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful, do not expect the tool
manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans
are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in
need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after
generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the
creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be
nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in
    public health care.

ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If
you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if
the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you
rob, cheat or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be
surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where
you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of
    leisure.

ARTICLE VIII: You don't have the right to demand that our children risk
their lives in foreign wars to soothe your aching conscience. We hate
oppressive governments and won't lift a finger to stop you from going to
fight if you'd like. However, we do not enjoy parenting the entire world
and do not want to spend so much of our time battling each and every little
tyrant with a military uniform and a funny hat.

ARTICLE IX: You don't have the right to a job. All of us sure want all of
you to have one, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect
you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational
training laid before you to make yourself useful.

ARTICLE X: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to pursue happiness - which, by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an overabundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

If you agree, we strongly urge you to forward this to as many people as you
can. No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you should you
not forward it. We just think it is about time common sense is allowed to
flourish - call it the "age of reason revisited".

This guy should run for president. But he would not get elected because he would tell the truth.

Actually, it was written in 1993 by Napper who ran for the Senate in 2000 as the libertarian candiate. More info here:

    Re: Bill of NO RIGHTS

I believe some of the best candidates lack the backing or political clout to win. People want to hear lies and not the reality. It all starts with education and parenting. Everyone has an opportunity to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness!"

We've had it good for too long and we'll need to screw it up before we seriously change. This is why the powers that be want to continue to make sure to keep the ratio of haves to have nots in check. However, you're not helping them but hurting them by giving them handouts without requirements. You just want to keep your power.

I admire the guy at the stop light with the sign that says "Will work for food" or "Homeless...need help!" He's actually doing something about his situation. Okay, maybe it's a bad example, but I admire him for owning it and acting on it...even if it's a conjob.

My point is kids need get out from behind the media and mix in a book. Moms and Dads mix in a little family time and show your kids how to love and encourage. LIVE WAY BENEATH YOUR MEANS. Remember when folks would work for free until there boss gave them a salary or wage? If your already getting paid for sitting on your butt, there is at least some place you can volunteer or give back.

    Think about it!

I don't care WHO wrote it...........It lays out WHAT is wrong with this country BIG TIME.....This person saw the problems in 1993..............

AND now, just out of washington........Pelosi is asking for 50 BILLION to bail out the BIG 3....and you know WHY the UAW was there........because 1/2 of this BS Bailout will be used to pay UAW wages and benefits.....

So.......We're going to be paying the PAYCHECKS for the UAW.

BAN the UAW and lets see how profitable the automaker becomes.

    Later,

I'm all for the Gubment bailing out the 3 Main Auto Makers....Everyone has to realize, it's not just the employee's that build the vehicles that will lose their jobs. But if just one Auto Maker goes under completely...Then 2.4 million people will be effected and lose their jobs. That's how many people are employed across the Country that help build and Manufacture Auto's that are sold here in the States and everywhere else.....

I'd love to have a LEGITIMATE 3rd party candidate.......the only one that we've had that had a SERIOUS chance to make a difference caused Bill, slick willy, "keep your pants on" Clinton.......

No, I'd rather vote for the party that meets MOST of my requirements, rather than the party that MEETS hardly ANY of my requirements.

We will fill the fallout of the Obama administration for MANY years to come.

MSGMILLS.....I value your opinion, and you're one of the most balanced members of this board......but I have to disagree with bailing out the automotive industry........We CANNOT continue to pay the wages we do and expect them to be profitable.........THE UAW has DESTROYED the autoworker, not helped them.

Sorry, but I've seen it time and again.

One example.......and I KNOW for a FACT, and can post those facts......

Delphi in Kokomo, Indiana.........they had 5000 jobs........The company was FAILING, and the UAW refused to give 1 inch on the benefit changes requested of the company........and we're NOT talking a lot of give.

    Details:

    * The Company wanted to change prescription copays from 5 to 15 dollars.

    * The Company wanted to change family coverage and raise premiums 15%, or about 15 bucks a month.

    * The Company wanted to change doctor visit copays from 20 to 40 dollars. Again, NOT MUCH.

    * The Company wanted to REQUIRE all care to be IN NETWORK to be covered 100% otherwise it would be covered at 80 %,

These changes would have SAVED enough money to GUARANTEE a contract for 5 years with 3% cost of living increases EVERY YEAR, and would have LOCKED in their Medical costs for 5 years.........I'd LOVE THAT TYPE OF GUARANTEE.

Look......these are NOT that bad, but the UAW REFUSED to play the game, and went on strike for 8 months.......causing Delphi to close their doors.......

I bet every **** one of those UAW members would wish the UAW would go to HELL. I suspect they are having a HARD time finding decent jobs, decent wages, decent health coverage, etc, etc...........ALL things the UAW was UNWILLING to negotiate.

This is happening all over the place.........the UAW is the SCOURGE of the earth.

    THEY are RUINING the workforce.......

    Sorry,

    Geo
