With all the near misses I have had on the road caused by people having a cell phone stuck up to their ear (and I am not on the road that much), I am totally for a law that prohibits the use of cell phones while driving. It makes more sense to me than a law that requires adults to wear seat belts. (I would always wear my seatbelt anyway). The only person that gets hurt by someone not wearing a seatbelt is the individual that chooses to do so. People that cause accidents by giving their attention to a cell phone is putting other folks in danger....big difference.
