Pistol Grip Rods

I love pistol grip rods, and was wondering if theres anybody on this board that uses them 100% of the time as I do. I have a few older Fenwick rods but I mostly use All Star rods. If you guys use pistol grip rods Id love to hear which model you prefer.

When I was in My 20,s I loved them still think there great for 1/4oz Spinnerbaiting
& small crankbaits but they tend to wear me out...what do you like them for?

i still use #7 pistol grip fenwicks and round ambassadors for close range spinnerbait fishing. this is the only combo that i have found to be consistently accurate on every cast.

I inherited an older shimano pistol grip from my grandfather 10 years ago, It had an old red round ambassador 5000 on it. I used to use it a lot, deffinately a different feel, but i liked it.

I have since put it up to avoid me slamming it in the truck door, which I would never forgive myself for lol.

Dont think Id use them nowadays though... big momma muskie would pull it out of my hand... then id REALLY be upset. lol
