If your football memory is so great, maybe you can explain how UK has had just about as many "decent" years as Louisville lately? That statement alone makes me question your sports memory.

Also, if you read my post I said for a four-year period they were a national power i.e. mentioned in the national football landscape with the big boys, top ten rankings etc. I didn't say they were a "traditional" power. There is a difference. For example, Florida St., Miami, Notre Dame are all traditional powers, but I would not consider them a national power lately.
