    Oooooooh SNAP.

I'll agree that you had a nice run with Petrino, but sorry guys, DaVille is not a national power in football.

And just to even the score, YES...UK is a consistent football bottom-feeder in the SEC East. We've had a decent run the last couple of years, but are also largely irrelevant in the world of college football. We did beat a #1 team and eventual National Champion last year. Of course, we play in the SEC, so we're going to get more opportunities at that than you guys.

Learn from us though boys. If you don't set the bar too high, it doesn't hurt so bad when you come crashing in way under it.

    Peace, Love, Brotherhood...

Ok Ok I've been a little harsh in my criticism of Louisville football. To make up for it, I'm going to give away FREE, the following movie that chronicals the great storied tradition that is Cardinal football:

That concludes the movie. Thanks for watching and we'll see you next time.

I did do you guys a favor and sent Jurich the e-mail. Nothing too fancy other than the program is going in the wrong direction. Kragthorpe isn't that great a coach and I would like to see them compete again.

    Talking Re: firekragthorpenow.com

Want me to get in on the Love for the Cards? sent a email as well, told him that Klugthorpe is doing a fine job...lol J/K.....

Prediction...U of L loses the last 3 remaining games of the year and finishes the season at 5-8.....

Even if they do manage to win that 6th. game...Your record will still be 6-7 and no way would the Bowl committee take a team with a losing record to a bowl. sorry to bust your bubble on my prediction.....

    B. U.K. football has been the doormat to the SEC since......well before they stopped wearing leather helmits.
    C. I really don't give a rat crap about either one of them.
    D. And last but not least is if any of you have a brain read the original post and tell me where I said anything about Louisville having a good year or a National powerhouse.

    Re: firekragthorpenow.com

Now mhall, you weren't the one who used "Louisville Football" and "National Power" in the same sentence...I believe it was Tim T...doing so causes a break in the space-time continuim that, if left unchecked, could cause a black hole large enough to swallow the entire northern hemisphere. It's my duty as an American to counter attack with reality. I would expect the same if I used "Kentucky Football" and "National Power" in the same sentence too, so it's fair. LOL. And for the record, I'm all for firing Kragthorpe...I agree...that, and Hal Mumme is going to need a place to land after the New Mexico State gig goes bad.

    I love college sports rivalries.

I'm a lover though, not a fighter. So in the spirit of peace and togetherness, Splitshit wants to tell you all a little story...

Once upon a time, four college alumni were climbing a mountain: a Kentucky grad, a Louisville grad, a Florida grad, and a Notre Dame grad. Each proclaimed to be the most loyal of all fans at their alma mater. As they climbed higher, they argued as to which one of them was the most loyal of all. They argued all the way up the mountain, and when they reached the top, the Notre Dame grad hurled himself off the mountain, shouting "This is for the Fighting Irish!" as he fell to his doom. Not wanting to be out done, the Florida grad threw himself off the mountain proclaiming, "This is for the Gators!" Seeing this, the Kentucky grad walked over and shouted "This is for the Wildcats!"...and pushed the Cardinal fan off the side of the mountain.

This part you are correct about. A 5 yard "false start" penalty on myself, but danged if the whole defense didn't rush the backfield and make my point.

You can talk smack about Purdue, KY, IU, or the Temple Owls all you want - none are a tufted titmouse turd in the college football kingdom.

Let's get the thread back on topic and see how far it goes. Please do the guy a favor (as I have by the way) and send Mr.Jurich an e-mail telling him Kragthorpe needs to go.
