So the UAW workers will be covered under ERISA Cost to the tax payer about 25 bucks. Cost to states for unemployment insurance, another 10 bucks. But now we have car dealers. About 200, 000 dealers and emplyees, vacant buildings off the tax roles, fewer folks paying into my social security.And it will much easier to shop for autos with only 5 choices to make, and who will set the costs for autos?And what if overseasauto makers decide they will only finance car loans?
