I think UF will win easy. But I hope to see a good game. I wish there was a 4 or 6 game play off.

I've doubted Bama all year, especially after they narrowly escaping getting beat by a crappy team called KENTUCKY on their home field. But, they keep proving me wrong by winning. They're on a mission.
Florida is like a Category 7 hurricane destroying everything in its path right now, but there's a part of me that thinks Bama will find a way to win this game.
It's going to be a barn burner, fo sho!
So I have a BCS Question.
Right now the BCS Standings are -
1. Alabama 12-0 (.9713) Next Game vs Florida
2. Oklahoma 11-1 (.9351) Next Game vs Missouri
3. Texas 11-1 (.9223)
4. Florida 11-1 (.8851) Next Game vs Alabama
Let's say Oklahoma takes care of Mizzou, and lets say Florida takes care of Alabama...Oklahoma moves to #1 in the BCS Standings at 12-1 with their new BCS Average, but would Florida at 12-1 rise above Texas at 11-1 for the #2 slot?
What if it ended up #1 Oklahoma, #2 Texas?
Texas got hosed, I mean they beat the Sooners in head to head competition.
The BCS system is completely whacked.
I agree with most of your all's thinking...Except for the fact that two undefeated teams will most likely not get into a BCS game. Cincinnati gets to go to a BCS game with 2 loss's, due to them being in a Conference with 12 teams.... Big Deal.... But two undefeated teams like Ball State and Boise State get crapped on by the miserable College System. Sorry but an undefeated team should get precedence over a team with two loss's.![]()

Were was your complaining last season when LSU got into the national game with 2 losses? Maybe one of those teams could take the Big Ten's spot, since that conference is about on par with the ACC and Big East.
Where was your complaints a few years ago when U of L went 11-1 and only loss was a three point loss to #4 Miami on the road, but they had to go to the Liberty Bowl while Pittsburgh and Utah played in a BCS game?
Btw, there are only eight football teams in the Big East.
Oh my mistake, I thought a BCS eligible league had to have 12 teams in it in order to be considered for a BCS type Game. My error, so now that U of L is doormat material from hence forth, will they jump ship again and join another League where they might be able to compete with the teams in the league? lol lol Had to throw that one in on account of your two down years of course..... Don't go throwing in anything about Indiana's record this year, at least Indiana went to a Bowl game last year........Were was your complaining last season when LSU got into the national game with 2 losses? The leagues were down when LSU got to the Title game...

U of L was not yet in a BCS Bowl League and being in sub par Conference USA, didn't help them at all being 11-1, playing patsy's, but losing to Miami.
Pittsburgh was in a BCS Bowl League and Utah had a great year and were undefeated which qualified them for the Bowl game against Pittsburgh.

You confused me Clyde, we were not in a BCS league and Pittsburgh was, so was Louisivlle treated unfairly? Boise St. was also in a non BCS league and U of L played them in the Liberty Bowl and won. I find it funny that you call C-USA sub-par and playing patsys, yet you refuse to acknowledge that Boise St. and Utah also play "patsys."The leagues were down when LSU got to the Title game...

IU bought a bowl game last year with that schedule, did they even beat a team with a winning record? They may have been the worst team to get a bowl bid in the history of college football. When they go to nine in a row and one of them is a BCS bowl, get back to me.

Here's a little bit of news to chew on as you ponder the Alabama vs Florida game.
No.2 Florida could be without TWO defensive linemen against top-ranked Alabama in the Southeastern Conference championship game Saturday. Matt Patchan has a torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee, defensive line coach Dan McCarney said Sunday night, and the freshman won't play again this season. Defensive tackle Brandon Antwine sprained a knee in the second half Saturday at Florida State. Coach Urban Meyer said Antwine is "probably doubtful" against the Crimson Tide.
You must know that 'narrowly escaped' is the same as winning. lol Please show some respect for Kentucky; they taught Bama a valuable lesson and it was, "Don't under estimate your opponent." I thought they learned very well.
I'm concerned about Harvin as well his sprained ankle might slow him down some if he plays at all.~~~~~~~

I look for Florida to pull out a close one. The injuries to the two DT's will hurt some, but if Harvin is unable to go for the Gators that could be trouble.
I also hope Mizzou beats Oklahoma in the Big 12 title game so that Texas will get the national title game and face the winner of the SEC title game. Texas got hosed big time to me. They lost to Texas Tech on Tech's home field, but they beat Oklahoma on a nuetral field and of course OU beat Tech on the Sooners home field. IMHO a nuetral field victory should have more weight than a home victory.
Brandon Antwine has "improved" remarkably with only 5 days of therapy and may be able to play, according to his coach.
Bama believes that Harvin's injury was faked to throw them off in the upcoming game. Because they are unsure, Bama has devised 2 separate game plans to take care of the problem.
"Ala-bam-a, Ala-bam-a, we will ayeee be true to thee."
I feel the goosebumps rising...............
ROLL TIDE, ROLL!
