Steve Headrick was working with Shimano on designing a rod for them and I actually talked to the Shimano man as well one day at his store last winter. I thought the rod was coming out this year before the season. I know Headrick helped design one for Bass Pro that cost around a $100 but I don't know if this is the same rod that he was working on then and Shimano and Bass Pro went in together.
