Because of budget cuts, Otter Creek Park is closing to the public on Thursday, January 1, 2009.
Yeah, they changed that the other day to accomodate people who had reserved the lodge for events already planned. Also, KDFWR is looking to get ahold of it if they can work out a deal with the city.
