As of right now there is no ice on the creek, my buddy is going to call me Fri. afternoon and give me an update. He said as HLL mentioned there was some ice earlier in the week but gone now. I will post what I find out tomorrow evening. I'll also let you know what the creek looks like in town before I leave the plant.

I hope like heck it aint froze, if it is let's trty the Ky River at Steele Branch or Stillwaters. Granted it would be an exploration F-n-F trip for sure. THere's lots of good river channel fishing.

But I hope it AINT froze.

Trying to think positive, but it's awfully cold out there. I ran out the back door for my nightly walk/jog/stumble/stammer/whatever you call it...and promptly turned right back around and parked it in my recliner.

It's going to be froze.

I drove down to frymans at 1 and it's froze pretty good. Only open water was at the ramp and it wasn't much. Tossed a few big rocks out just to watch the rascals bounce and slide.

I want you guys to know something.......You made me spend all the babys milk money on floats, flies and a rod today......good thing the baby is 34 and can buy his own milk eh....I stopped in the shop in paris today and before I got outta that place
