Went by there Sat. afternoon and no ice that I could see from the dam. One trailer in the parking lot.

I went today 12/08/08 from 10am till 1pm. Conditions were windy, water temp 40-42 slightly stained water. There was some ice starting to form in the back part of the lake were water was 4-5 ft deep. I only saw 1 other fisherman and 2 hunters. I used 24 minnows and did not even get a bite. I tried numerous parts of the lake. I still enjoyed being out on the water.

Fished it Thanksgiving week. My brother and I went Tuesday , wednesday, and Friday after turkey day. Tuesday not one hit. Wednesday one 13incher. Friday we caught 13. My brother caught 8 and I had 5. The best we had was a 4.0 and a 5.8. The rest 14" and under. Tuesday high skys, Wednesday so windy you couldn't fish and Friday was perfect.

You lucky dog--I,ll get back out on the Lake one of these days-----I would not want to be the first fish to give me a hit--ouch lol
