Sad News

A few days ago I posted a request for prayer for my friend, Karen M. who was dying of cancer. I believe your prayers for her healing were answered very quickly. Last night at 10:00 pm Karen quietly slipped away to Heaven. Sometimes God chooses to heal us and leave us on earth; other times he chooses to heal us by taking us to Heaven. He chose the latter for Karen.

Her parents and daughter are, understandably, just devastated and need much prayer to get through this horrible period of grief. Thanks to everyone who prayed for Karen and are now praying for her family.

Through my walk with Christ I have learned that he has a plan and this, while tragic, was mean't to be. Sorry for your loss and we will keep Karen and her family in our prayers.
