You know things like certain public waters being off limits to fishing or the global warming phrase becoming so powerful in politics are things I never thought I would see either. I'm hoping for the best.

What do you consider gradual.............1, 2, 4, or 8 years.

UNDERSTAND THIS. When Great Britian finally passed an all out handgun ban, it was Passed one year, ratified the next, and PUT in place within 4 years, with ALL handguns confiscated within those 4 years.

Some here said it won't happen in their lifetime.......Others said it "cannot happen here". BS.....GUYS......it is ALREADY happening here.

The BRADY bill is JUST that......it passed once. AND as soon as Obama gets some of his Liberal judges on the bench, you right to own a gun........ANY GUN will go away.

Okay, Geo...what I meant was that it won't happen with one stroke of the pen, but gradually which in my definition means not so fast. It could happen in a year, it could happen in a matter of months, it could also happen a lot longer as they peck away at things. I am on your side sir!

BTW, the Brady Bill didn't outlaw any guns, just made it more difficult to buy them. It was the "assaly wepaons ban" that made certain guns illegal and luckily it experired during the Bush term, unfortunately it is going to be up for renewal soon after Jan. 20th.

What I guess if it ever does occur and pass's. If I want to go hunting, I'll have to go downtown and sign out my shotgun or 30-6 or whatever I want to use the night before.
