If I was to come fishing down in Alabama for a few days, what would I need to be legal besides an out of state fishing license? Is there a required fee for my boat or anything else? I would probably fish Wheeler or Guntersville. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Hope this isn't too late but only thing you'll need is the fishing license. Alabama offers a 7-day out of state for $26 (might be off a few dollars). No other fees or license's required. Just make sure you boat is up to date with registration, you have life jackets and kill switch.
