First I would like to say hi to everyone. I just got back from a guided trip to Dale Hollow with John Davis on Sat. Man I have been fishing Dale Hollow in June at night for about 5 years and had been wanting to try it in the winter. So a buddy of mine from work ask me to go on a guided trip with him, and to be honest I was hesitant at first to get a guide. Man am I glad I did, not only did we catch some fish, but John is one of the best guys I have ever met in my life. Even now that I know alittle about the float and fly I would get John again just to fish with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good guide. Just a great great dude. Can't wait to get back to the Hollow!

Joh has two very nce cabins that he rents at reasonable rates as well. Never have to get on a county road. Cabins are located between Holly Creek ramp and The Sawmill. Two 'must go' locations while at Dale.

Yeah that is where we stayed, in cabin 2 and it was perfect.
