BAND--HELP ??/

AA-Duke retrieved a pentail hen today with a black plastic leg band on it with the letters N. P. A. ON IT,, new one on me ,,wondering if anyone has seen one before eH ?/

Thanks ,,but I have reported a lot of the AVISE & Laurel MD bands they have a 1-800# on them and are metal, this one is unique it's plastic and no 1-800 #?
