At the most basic:
Long medium/light rod.
4-6 lb flourocarbon line
FnF Kit from Bass Pro Shops - bobbers, fish dope and flies

Go to the Fishin.com FRONT PAGE and read the article shown on the left side FLOAT N FLY FROM BASIC TO ADVANCED by elnut. Very informaitve and well written. Also be sure to watch the Video by Bob Coan. The kit from BPS is wll worth the money and will give you a good baisc set up.
