Sympson Lake is it worth it

Is it worth the money to fish it or not? I was thinking of trying it but not sure if its that much better than Kincaid or other local lakes.

not really,most summers you can't launch a boat on the ramp after june..and it is real expensive for out of county residents and they are limiting the number of permits..if you can launch you may drive there and find no place to park..

I would say no. There are some really big fish there but most days the bite is tough and with T-ville in the same area, there is no way I'd buy the permit.. My dad gets one free since he is 65, that is the only reason I even consider going there.
