I'm only posting this here because I know some of the guys here. Well it is the kentucky part of this forum.
Smoked a ham for 4hrs hickory
baked in oven wrap in foil for 2 hrs
glazed 15min after the first hr with
Wild Turkey 2/3cup
Honey 1cup
Molasse 1/3cup
Orange Marmalade 1cup

How much do you want on there. i'm putting 5 coats on there it is not as thick as honey bake but it is close.
What temp so you target?
You need to bring it togeither in a saute pan first and cook off the alcohol then cook the ham in the oven 350 deg. stir don't leave it until it thicken up 30min on low low temp.
Sounds good but, next time drink the bourbon!
Actually we boiled the ham, popped out the bone and them put it on the smoker. It glazed up nicely.
