    I would guess that it got rained on. If they leave it out in the weather one might expect for this to happen after a bunch of rain. I'm not saying they should keep it in a building but it could have been covered up with plastic. I wonder what they do with this stuff long term. Why is there such a large amount of this stuff on the property behind a "dam"? The fishing there and all up and down that part of the Clinch has got to be affected.

    Any more word on this spill, fishkill, etc and its affect on Watts Bar Lake and its fishing for this year? Planning a crappie/bass trip in April.
