Any one go to Cedar this past weekend?

Was just wanting to know if it was muddy and how far the mud line went.Thinking of going there new years day.Thanks

Went yesterday. Bite was slow. From the dam to the island the water is a little stained. The water on the RR bed aint muddy but is more stained than the lower end. Caught three, biggest was about 2 1/2 and deep. Temp 42 - 43*

Fished Sunday and it was not bad at all. Caught one about 3.5 on a black and blue jig. Only got to fish from 2:30 till dark.

Put in at 11am I had 1 at the dock then had 1 at the ramp, went on to the beach and had 1 more.
Move across the lake out of the wind and had 3 more, .from there went to my best
shakyhead spot and had 2 more, moved to the tracks and had 2 more then I had 1 on the way home. And that was a 12 pack , hey wait that is only 11 that means there is 1 more in the boat and I wouldn't want it freeze and bust so out to the grage I go.LOL

I changed my mind but thanks for the report. Heading to Cumberland and be there before sun up in the morning.

I'll be at Dale next weekend so surely I should have a story to tell.

Fished from 11 till dark, only had 2 fish and they did not come till 5oclock, water condtions were the same 42 to 43 stained the further back you go. Both fish on a Shakyhead.
