Harrison Ave Boat ramp

Was gonna try the duck pond today but the Harrison Ave ramp is closed!!

Called the interperative center and they said they are not going to open it back up until the level on the lower is under 18FT !!! This is silly,they were only running 4ft of dam at the lower...Man I dont wanna drive all the way to New Albany when I live a few blocks from Harrison Ave....I know I am spoiled ,,,ANyway if anyone gets a chance try the duck pond it should be good ,The color is off but not un-fishable
