Hey Bob, you can put in at Salt River and run up river a couple of miles to the power plant. Thats your best best at the warm water discharge.

FYI. Was there today to snoop around. Water is well up in Salt River, and just shy of chocolate color. Water is covering the whole ramp, and within 5-6 feet of covering the in and out access/ramp exit road. Might still be possible to launch there if you back in and then aim towards where you believe the center of the ramp might be.
Just FYI if it saves anyone a trip.
Question, this time of year with water cold and up, would white bass be hitting in the now water covered or flooded tree areas at the points at the mouths of the creeks? Reason I ask is don't want to run too far, but wouldn't mind a short trip down Salt, risking the ramp, as long as there was some chance of doing good out at the point.
