I use to when I lived in Indiana. We use to fish JC Murphy, Fletcher, and Manitou lakes mostly. I fished Atterbury of couple of times, but preferred the othe lakes. JC Murphy had huge bluegills back in the 80's, don't know about now. It was the place to start the season as most of the water is only 4 or 5 ft deep. If you fell in, it was just a bad day. I would have thought there would be more than 4" of ice up there by now given the cold weather you've have. We used real flimsy ice rods with 2 or 3 lb test, a small ice jig, beemoth and no bobber. Once we went to no bobber, the catch rate went way up. You'd just feel a little tick. No better eating fish than gills from the ice. Good luck.
