White River ramps in Fisher

Does anyone know if the two ramps by 116th St. and River Rd. public or private? How navigable is that section of the river? Thanks.

It is a public ramp. It is a very shallow ramp. It would be hard to launch a big boat there. Mostly see john boats launched there. River is very shallow. You can go up river about a 1/4 mile before you have to get out and drag the boat. You can float down, but driving back up can be tricky depending on the river levels. If the river is up you will be fine.
