Oh, I know all about what happened, I just dont see what part of "shall not be infringd" is so hard to understand.

I think you are right JD, but after what has happened I think states are wanting to enact there on laws, just to cover their rear ends. There are still people in La. that haven't gotten their firearms back.

That being said, the best part about the Mass. law is that there is punishment involved for the officers and whomever gave the order.
