I had a problem with my lens, fogged up, and then it was so cold, it crackled. I emailed their customer service department yesterday afternoon. Got into work this morning with a new message from Save Phase, left their toll free number, called them, and within 2 minutes had a new lens coming my way free of charge. Now thats the kind of customer service that all companies should have. Just wanted to let everyone know, this place apparently cares about its customers, and wants to take care of them.
